Polyamine

Polyamine are water-soluble polymers with a high cationic charge and low molecular weight. They are stable, pH-insensitive, and resistant to chlorine degradation. As primary flocculants and charge neutralizers, polyamines play an effective role in liquid-solid separation processes across various industries.

Appearance  Transparent to light yellow viscous liquid
Solid (%)                                 50±1
pH(1%)                                  4-8
Viscosity(20℃,cps)                              50-3000

Application

Used in oil-water separation, crude oil dehydration, and oily wastewater treatment in oil fields and refineries.

Used as sludge conditioning flocculants in wastewater treatment, they are used for clarification of various industrial wastewaters.

Polyamine water purifiers are used in combination with inorganic flocculants for enhanced performance.

Reference Dosage

When using, first prepare a 1-10% aqueous solution of the polyamine water purifier, then mix with a 30% aqueous solution of the inorganic flocculant. Perform a pilot test before use. The specific dosage should be adjusted based on the turbidity of the wastewater sample to achieve optimal results.
