Application

Oil production:  This is a very important application area for industrial-grade xanthan gum. It can be used in the formulation of drilling fluids, completion fluids, and fracturing fluids. Its excellent thickening, suspension, and salt tolerance properties help adjust rheology, carry cuttings, and reduce friction.

The other industry:  It serves as a thickener, suspending agent, and stabilizer.
